Talea Inc is able to work with rubber, kevlar, plastic, granite, steel, UHMW and many other materials. Water jet cutting offers precision cuts, without heat transfer.

Waterjet cutting does not generate any heat, therefore materials are not distorted. The waterjet cutting process is extremely effective for very soft materials such as brass, copper, rubber and very thin parts. It is also able to through stainless steel 6" (15cm) thick.

Waterjet cutting is a process capable of slicing into metal, ceramic, kevlar, granite or other materials using a jet of water at extremely high velocity and pressure. The process is essentially the same as water erosion found in nature but greatly accelerated and concentrated. Waterjet cutting is often used during the fabrication or manufacturing of parts for machinery and other devices. It has found applications in a diverse number of industries from mining and ceramics to transport and aerospace.

Our engineering and customer service team is ready to work with you for all of your waterjet cutting projects.

Talea's quick lead times and warehousing capabilities are well appreciated by it's customer base.
